I called and spoke to Jeff who was extremely helpful. Because my ventless fireplace was so old they did not carry parts to possibly fix it. He told me what steps to take to see if I would need a new insert or not. Those steps worked. My living room and most of my house is warm because of Jeff. Thanks so much for others trying to help instead of just making a dollar.

Great store with super staff. Melissa helped us with a gas log set. She was first concerned with safety and insisted we get the chimney checked out. The rest of the experience was perfect and we have a great looking log set now. Even the installer was impressed with how good it looks.

Awesome experience, first time in Absco went in to look at some gas logs....Melissa Gregg helped us, she was awesome knew what she was doing gave us the information we needed and we walked out with a set of logs....its so nice when you have employees that are friendly and know what they are doing...companies need to take care of their valuable employees
