Colton Bilderback, the founder and lead plumber at Platinum Full Service Plumbing, began his professional plumbing career in a corporate company. However, he found that customers were not getting the fair pricing and service they deserve. Growing up in Tacoma, he spent his childhood doing plumbing work with his father. He taught him the values of hard work and integrity. He also learned how to give exceptional customer service. Those experiences shaped his lifelong dream to carry on the family tradition and start his own plumbing company as a 2nd generation plumber. And in early 2019, Platinum Full Service Plumbing was established to serve local communities.

Puyallup ( (listen) pew-AL-əp or pew-AWL-əp) is a city in Pierce County, Washington, United States, located about 10 miles (16 km) southeast of Tacoma and 35 miles (56 km) south of Seattle. It had a population of 42,973 at the 2020 census. The city's name comes from the Puyallup Tribe of Native Americans and means "the generous people". The Platinum Full Service Plumbing guys did a great job at my house! I was getting ready to move out, and they helped me out of a tight spot with some last-minute plumbing work. They worked well with my schedule, even coming over on the weekend. The team was professional and very knowledgeable. I got a quote from them; they were the cheapest of all the companies I contacted.
