Tacoma ( tə-KOH-mə) is the county seat of Pierce County, Washington, United States. I needed to update my plumbing for a long time but always put off the project. I finally had enough and hired Platinum Full Service Plumbing. I didn't know much about them, but they did an excellent job with my new bathroom. The work was done quickly, cleanly, and reasonably priced!
I can't say enough how pleased I am with Platinum Full Service Plumbing! We had a water heater removed and a new one installed. They scheduled us promptly, showed up on time, were very polite and professional, and were easy to talk to. We had minor issues after, and they scheduled us asap in a very timely manner, showed up when promised, and went over our issues very thoroughly and completely. We're delighted with every contact we've had with this company! And they also cleaned up exceptionally well, with No mess left behind! I would highly recommend this company for any work you need!!
They were extremely prompt, very efficient and professional. Compared to other plumbers, the price was fair.
