Scott was raised in Dayton, Ohio. At the age of 14, he began working with his father's roofing and siding company. Applying what his father taught him, he quickly fell in love with the trade. In 1999, Scott opened Scott Bauer Roofing and Siding in Kettering, OH. Scott attributes his success in the business to his father, who taught him about hard work and how to make his customers happy.
Scott is still passionate about his work, even though he's in his 60s. His sons, Branden and Brent are now taking on the roles that they watched their father do for so long. All three of them must continue to work together to keep their customers happy, and to keep the Bauer name in Dayton!
