I hired RX Waterproofing initially to do some water damage remediation and to install a French drain, vapor barrier, and sump pump in my basement. The pricing was fair and the work was so great that we hired them again to do our dry creek bed in the yard to help prevent further erosion in our yard. We are very happy with the service provided. Tommy and his team will take great care of you. After a month of being installed, the creek bed settled a few inches into the ground and the guys came back out and added an extra 4 tons, free of charge! I couldn’t be happier.

We want to thank RX Waterproofing for the work they did to fix a water issue in our basement. Whenever there was an all day or night rain, we would get a puddle in our basement about 6 feet square in size. They were the only “foundation repair” company that gave us options on addressing the issue. The other companies we called went straight to their most expensive solution without any concern on how or why the water was getting into the basement. RX started investigating the outside basement wall and found a crack in the concrete. Further investigation showed the crack propagated down the wall and showed signs of leakage. The also found a downspout that was not connected to the underground corrugated drainage pipe under the deck. Before any quotes were given, they suggested we start with the most obvious things like filling the crack, reattaching the downspout and moving as much water away from the house as we could. That solution cured our problem at a fraction of the cost of putting a trench drain inside my basement. The work was professionally done, they were prompt and they even lowered my final invoice when their actual work was less than anticipated. These guys get an A+!
